how to sell photographs
How can i get my photography sold as postcards ? how will i print them on card paper ?
I believe that http://www.mpix.com/ will create postcards. I’m sure that there are many others.
The trick is then to get stores to stock them. This has nothing to do with being a photographer. You have now entered the exciting world of merchandising. Some stores will take them on consignment.

Have some printed and then comes the hard part. Go around to every privately owned store you can find and try to get them to stock your postcards. Some will buy them from you others will do it on consignment. Most however will not take them at all. You have to go out there and sell yourself.
Don’t even bother with corporate chains. The people at the stores can’t make those decisions. They can only carry what the corporate headquarters says they can carry.

You get to have them printed up as …. post cards… there are companies that do this all the time.. google it..
Then YOU get to buy a few card displays, YOU get to take your postcards and displays around to stores and offer to put them up there. They pay you for the ones they sell, after they sell them.. You make some money OR you lose your investment. All depends on how they sell.
Good luck.

You can also have a commercial postcard printer publish your images, too; just go to any place that sells postcards, get a couple (if more than one publisher), and contact them.
One suggestion: you’re more likely to sell images to a local firm of local points of interest.
